All orders are dispatchedย within 24-48 hours (please allow an addtional 2-3 days for any personalised items). There may be a delay during peak times or sale periods. All parcels are sent by standard post with Australia Post or Couriers Please and sent to your nominated address.

Yes, if you are located in Melbourne then collection is available from our warehouse in Rowville.

Pickup is available Monday-Friday 8:30-4pm however pickup outside of these hours can be arranged by contacting us prior.

All rates are quoted at check out depending on your location. You will have the option of choosing standard or express shipping.

If you order an item that is on pre-order (ie. to be shipped at a later date once the product arrives), your whole order will be shipped when that item arrives.

If you wish to split the order and have available items shipped first, there will be an additional shipping charge incurred.


Yes, we offer a same dayย deliveryย service throughout Melbourne. Orders must be placed by 12pm.

Ourย gifts are carefully packed into a Kraft postage gift box which is safe and secure for shipping, stamped with the Fauve + Co branding.ย 

Gift wrapping can be selected at checkout for $4.95. This also includes a gift postcard with a personalised note to go with your special gift. If there are multiple gifts on the one order, please ensure you add individual gift wrapping.

Products purchased individually from the 'Shop by Category' will be packed and posted in a satchel.

We use Hero Packaging postage satchels that are 100% home compostable!

Of course! If the pre-selected gift boxes arenโ€™t quite what youโ€™re looking for, head to the โ€˜Build Your Ownโ€™ section and you have full flexibility on selecting everything you would like to include in your gift box.

No, we never send any pricing with the parcels. You will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address supplied with pricing, however the recipient will not receive any pricing with the goods.

Yes, we are happy to accept returns, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was received and the return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% handling fee may be applied to the cost of the order to cover transaction and processing fees.

We understand that sometimes changes are needed after placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to accommodate cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped or, in the case of personalized items, has not yet been produced.

If your cancellation request is received before the item has been shipped or made, we can issue a refund for the full amount of the order, minus a 10% handling fee. This fee helps cover the transaction costs charged to us by payment processors (such as PayPal, AfterPay, etc.).

Please note that once an order has been shipped or personalised work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Yes. These are made using the high quality, 100% food grade silicone beads that are free from BPA, lead, cadmium, phthalates, PVC and latex. They will not absorb odour or support the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria. Our supplier sources their beads from reputable manufacturers that have had their quality management system independently certified to ISO:9001 standards. All silicone beads have been tested to ensure they comply with the Australian safety standard AU/NZS ISO:8124:3:2012 - migration of certain elements.

The teething rings are made from hard maple wood, making them perfect for extended chewing and drooling. We prefer not to treat any of our wooden materials with oils or waxes to avoid sensitivities and allergies. You may wish to do this yourself and we recommend coconut or olive oil or bees wax.

To care for all silicone and wooden products, wash in mild soapy water and air dry. In most cases, wooden products just need to be wiped over with a cloth, do not allow to be soaked in water. Our wooden products are untreated, if you would like them polished, combine coconut oil and beeswax to coat the timber.
